In reference to the current report no. 54/2019 of 25/09/2019 regarding the introduction of series G bonds to the alternative trading system on Catalyst, the Management Board of i2 Development S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław ("Company", "Issuer"), the Company received from the Management Board of BondSpot S.A. resolution of the Management Board of BondSpot S.A. no. 227/19 of 30/09/2019, in which the Management Board of BondSpot S.A. decided to indicate October 2, 2019 as the day of first listing in the alternative trading system on Catalyst of 9,000 (nine thousand) Series G bearer bonds of the Company with nominal value of PLN 1,000.00 (one thousand) each, marked by the National Depository for Securities with the code "PLI2DVL00089", symbol "I2D0321".
