Management Board of i2 Development S.A. („Issuer” or „Company”) informs that on May 27, 2021, it adopted a resolution on the proposal to cover the loss for 2020, in which The Management Board of the Company has decided to cover the loss in the net amount of PLN 1,724,148.00 (in words: one million seven hundred twenty-four thousand one hundred and forty-eight zlotys 00/100) from the Company’s supplementary capital.

At the same time, the Management Board of i2 Development S.A. informs that it intends to make a request to the Company’s Supervisory Board to recommend to the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company how to cover the loss in in accordance with this recommendation of the Issuer’s Management Board.
