With reference to the report no. 16/2020 of March 5, 2020 regarding, among others, early partial redemption od series F bonds, the Management Board of i2 Development S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer, the Company), informs that on March 17, 2020 the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., hereinafter: KDPW) at the request of the Issuer conducted an operation to withdraw from the deposit 64.242 series F bonds of the Issuer, with a nominal value of PLN 100.00 (one hundred zlotys) each and the total nominal value of PLN 6,424,200.00 (in words: six million four hundred twenty four thousand two hundred zlotys), in connection with their redemption.
