The Management Board of i2 Development S.A. („The Issuer” or the „Company”) announces that on December 29, 2021, the Issuer received the following notifications:
1) a notification from Acico Investments Limited with its seat in Larnaca („Acico”), according to which Acico increased the current ownership by 2.87% in the total number of votes of the Company;
2) a notification from Galtoco Investments Limited with its seat in Nicosia („Galtoco”), according to which Galtoco increased the current ownership by 2.87% in the total number of votes of the Company;
3) a notification from Marcin Misztal, according to which Marcin Misztal increased the current ownership by 2.87% of the total number of votes of the Company;
4) a notification from Andrzej Kowalski, according to which Andrzej Kowalski increased the current ownership by 2.87% of the total number of votes of the Company.
