I2 Development S.A. based in Wrocław (the „Company”) informs that on December 29, 2021, it received a notification from Marcin Misztal, acting on behalf of the parties to the agreement, i.e. on his own behalf, Andrzej Kowalski, Acico Investments Limited based in Larnaca and Galtoco Investments Limited with headquarters in Nicosia („Parties to the Agreement”), referred to in Art. 87 sec. 1 point 5 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, the content of which is attached to this report.
