Subject of the Notification of a change in the share in the total number of votes Legal basis: Art. 70.1 of the Act on Public Offering – purchase or sale of a significant block of shares   I2 Development S.A. based in Wrocław (the „Company”) informs that on March 31, 2022 it received:
  1. a notification from Marcin Misztal, acting on behalf of the parties to the agreement, ie on his own behalf, Andrzej Kowalski, Acico Investments Limited based in Larnaca and Galtoco Investments Limited based in Nicosia („Parties to the agreement”), referred to in Art. 69 sec. 2 points 2 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies;
  2. a notification from Marcin Misztal, acting on his own behalf, referred to in art. 69 sec. 1 point 1 and art. 69 sec. 2 point 2 in connection with joke. 69a of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies;
  3. a notification from Marcin Misztal, acting for and on behalf of ACICO INVESTMENTS LIMITED, referred to in Art. 69 sec. 1 point 1 and art. 69 sec. 2 point 2 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies;
  4. a notification from Andrzej Kowalski, acting on his own behalf, referred to in art. 69 sec. 1 point 1 and art. 69 sec. 2 point 2 in connection with joke. 69a of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies;
  5. a notification from Andrzej Kowalski, acting for and on behalf of GALTOCO INVESTMENTS LIMITED, referred to in Art. 69 sec. 2 point 2 in connection with joke. 69a of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies.
