Major shareholders
Marcin Misztal
In 2003-2008 he studied at the University of Economics in Wroclaw at the Faculty of Engineering and Economics. In 2004-2011 he worked in the market of new technologies and multimedia. He was the founder of the Tro Media S.A. capital group, listed on the alternative market GPW in Warsaw.
In 2010, he became the youngest president of a board in the company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The winner in the „New Business” category of the ninth edition of the competition organized by Ernst & Young – Entrepreneur of the Year 2011. Since 2010, he has been associated with the real estate market. In 2010-2017, the Vice President of the Management Board of i2 Development Sp. z o.o., and from 2017, President of the Management Board of i2 Development Sp. z o. o. In 2010-2016, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board in the following companies: Chamielec Architekci Sp. z o.o., i2 Finanse Sp. z o.o. and KPB Sp. z o.o.
Andrzej Kowalski
A graduate of the Wrocław University of Technology Faculty of Environmental Engineering, Polish International School of Management in Warsaw (1993-1994) and Business English at Bell School in London (1996).
He also graduated from Master’s Management Studies (MBA, 1999) at the University of Economics in Wroclaw. World Young Bussiness Achiver finalist (1999). In 1999-2001 he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MCI Management SA and the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JTT Computer SA. In 2017-2018, the Vice President of the Management Board of i2 Development Sp. z o. o. In 2014-2018 Member of the Supervisory Boards in the Group’s companies: Chamielec Architekci Sp. z o.o., i2 Finanse Sp. z o.o. and KPB Sp. z o.o.
